Yesterday the finals of BandBoost 2013 took place in the Power Stage of the brand new Energiehuis in Dordrecht. And we can still barely believe it, but we WON!!! This means we'll be playing at Wantijpop on June 15th! And there was another unexpected prize the jury came up with last night: one of the jury members was Herman Hofman, a DJ for Dutch national radio station 3FM, and he invited us over to the studio on fridaynight to perform in his show Freaknacht between 1:00 and 4:00! How awesome is that?!
There's probably no need to explain how excited and happy we are right now!
Our first festival gig confirmed!

It's not summer yet (not even close, looking at the weather) but we're already getting in the mood: we've confirmed our very first festival gig ever! On Saturday August 17th, we'll be playing at Rommelrock in Eisden-Maasmechelen (Belgium). We'll be opening day 2 of the festival. We're looking forward to it a lot!
And don't forget: on Saturday June 1st we'll be competing against Shrude, Grant, The Deep and My Worst Case Scenario in the finals of Band Boost at the Energiehuis in Dordrecht, and on Saturday June 29th we'll be playing at Studio Gonz in Gouda with Mindshade and Kowai!

Finally, after two years of hard work, on Thursday April 25th the moment had finally come: "From Here On" is out! It's been an awesome party in the Supermarkt, with a lot of familiar faces but also a lot of new ones. Thank you all for being there and making this thing happen! We've had a great evening, and we hope you did too! Many thanks also to Ad Sluijter, sharing the stage with you has been a blast!

Aside from our releaseparty we have another very good reason for celebrating: On Saturday April 20th the semi-finals of Band Boost took place at the Popcentrale in Dordrecht, and we won! That means on June 1st we'll be competing at the new Energiehuis (the new location for the Popcentrale and Bibelot, among others) against Shrude, Grant, The Deep and My Worst Case Scenario, whom we were up against earlier in the Metal category of the preliminaries. It won't be easy, but we're looking forward to it a lot and we hope to see many of you at the Energiehuis on June 1st!
